Gracia's Encantador origin is sourced from the Antioquia region in Colombia. This region boasts ideal coffee-growing conditions, thanks to the central and western mountain ranges. You can expect notes of chocolate and caramel, along with a silky mouthfeel. It is suitable for both espresso machines and drip coffee preparations.

About the Producer:
La Fortuna, managed by Doña Dolly for over 40 years, is a family-run farm with 7,000 coffee trees, citrus trees, and cows. She oversees coffee processing with the help of two women, depulping and oxidizing beans for 18–20 hours before washing and sun-drying for about 20 days.
